My team and I had the juicy project of conducting research into employee motivations, creating a visual and verbal values expression, concepts, a toolkit and careers site – and training their global teams in how to use the brand. The result is a uniquely empowered global recruitment team, a good haul of awards and industry recognition, and a brand experience that's embedded across the People function.
Following development of Primark's employee proposition including research, visual expression, messaging framework and in-house training for users of the brand, we developed their careers site to match.
